PT Precision Agriculture Indonesia Explores Smart Farming Technologies with BRMP Jestro for Future-Ready Citrus Agriculture
Malang, September 29, 2026 – PT Precision Agriculture Indonesia (PAG) visited BRMP Jestro in Malang for a collaborative discussion on technology and innovation in the agricultural sector. The visit served as a platform for both parties to exchange ideas regarding the use of technology to support modern farming practices.
During the visit, PAG presented the Automatic Weather Station (AWS), an automated weather monitoring device that provides real-time field data. Accurate and up-to-date weather data is considered crucial for cultivation decision-making ranging from planting schedules and irrigation management to anticipating risks associated with weather changes. In addition to the AWS, PAG introduced two upcoming products. The company provided a preview of its GeoAI platform, a digital solution integrating artificial intelligence and geospatial data which is scheduled for launch in early 2027.
Through this suite of technologies spanning direct field data collection to intelligent digital solutions, PAG remains committed to developing innovations that foster more efficient, connected, and sustainable agriculture. PAG views collaboration with research institutions and agricultural agencies like BRMP Jestro as a vital step in ensuring that its developed technologies effectively address real-world needs in the field.
